Cancelation Policy Your appointments are very important to the Fancy Paws team, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request a 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Clients cancelling less than 24 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment will be required to pay full price for their scheduled appointment in order to re-book. In addition, if you are running late for your scheduled appointment, please let us know ASAP. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will have to reschedule your appointment at a later time due to our staff's extremely busy schedules. Thank you for your understanding and patronage.
